Khan Abdul Hamid

Founder & Managing Director

Khan Abdul Hamid brings over two decades of executive-level expertise in banking and credit operations across the UAE and India. As a former Executive Manager at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), he led critical transformations in lending services, digital process optimization, and SME credit strategy.

Among his many achievements:

  • Led the implementation of ADCB’s 3-Factory Model, dramatically reducing end-to-end loan processing times.
  • Served as a steering committee member for Project Delight – a digital loan top-up system executed in under 10 minutes.
  • Conceptualized centralized service desk operations to streamline communication and reconciliation.

Hamid holds an MBA in Finance from Aligarh Muslim University and completed Operations Management at Warwick University. He is also certified in Moody’s Credit Analytics (Levels I & III).

His leadership ensures GAIN STEP LLC operates at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution.
